1. Accepting these terms

By accessing or using PinStops, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service. You must be at least 13 years old to create an account.

2. The service

PinStops helps caregivers find and share information about changing stations. Browsing is public, while an account is required to add places or submit reports. We may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

3. Accounts

Provide accurate account information, keep your login credentials secure, and notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account.

4. Community Guidelines

PinStops works when contributions are factual, useful, and respectful. When adding a place or report, you agree to:

• Share information you observed directly or reasonably verified.
• Describe the changing station and its condition accurately.
• Use respectful, non-discriminatory language.
• Avoid personal information about employees, visitors, children, or other individuals.
• Use only a profile photo you have the right to share, and do not use a photo of a child.
• Avoid advertising, repetitive submissions, manipulation, or spam.
• Follow applicable laws and the location’s posted rules.

Do not submit illegal, threatening, abusive, deceptive, infringing, sexually explicit, or malicious content. Do not attempt to test, bypass, overload, or interfere with PinStops security or other users’ access.

5. Your contributions

You retain any rights you have in content you submit. You give Vsentra a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, modify for formatting or clarity, publish, and display that content for operating, improving, and promoting PinStops.

You represent that you have the right to submit the content and that it does not violate these Terms or another person’s rights. We may review, reject, edit, de-identify, or remove submissions, but we are not required to publish or monitor every contribution.

6. Accuracy and safety

PinStops includes community-submitted information that may be incomplete, inaccurate, or outdated. Vsentra does not guarantee that a listed station exists, is accessible, is sanitary, is available to the public, or is suitable for a particular child or caregiver.

Use your judgment, supervise children, follow property rules, and contact the location directly when confirmation is important. PinStops does not provide medical, childcare, accessibility, or emergency advice.

7. PinStops property

The PinStops™ name, design, software, and original materials belong to Vsentra or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These Terms permit personal use of the service; they do not transfer ownership or permit copying, scraping, reselling, or creating a competing dataset without written permission.

8. Third-party services

PinStops relies on third-party hosting, authentication, email, mapping, and address-search services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for independent third-party websites or services.

9. Disclaimers and limits

To the extent permitted by law, PinStops is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, availability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Vsentra is not responsible for decisions made based on community map information or for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the service.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions or liability limits, so portions of this section may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

10. Enforcement and account termination

We may limit contributions, remove content, suspend accounts, or terminate access when we reasonably believe these Terms were violated, security is at risk, or action is needed to protect users or the service. You may request account deletion by contacting support.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms as PinStops changes. We will post the revised terms here with a new effective date and provide additional notice for material changes when appropriate. Continuing to use PinStops after updated terms take effect means you accept them.
